Shubhi Rao founded Uplevyl with a conviction: meaningful innovation begins by understanding whose knowledge, experiences, and perspectives are represented in the systems we build.
That conviction grew from more than three decades at the intersection of technology, finance, data and global business.
Across leadership roles at some of the world's most complex organizations, Shubhi saw firsthand how consequential decisions are shaped by the information available, and what happens when critical experiences and perspectives are missing from that information.
She founded Uplevyl to build differently, bringing innovation, intelligence, and lived experience together.

Experience That Shaped the Vision
Before founding Uplevyl, Shubhi spent more than 30 years leading at the intersection of finance, technology and global business.
Her career includes senior leadership roles at Alphabet/Google, Tesco, PwC, Tyco and Ford, as well as experience with venture-backed businesses. She served as Vice President, Treasurer, and Officer of Alphabet/Google and was the first woman and person of color to hold the Treasurer role at both Alphabet/Google and Tesco.
Today, she brings the perspective of a global executive, AI practitioner, public company board leader, and entrepreneur to the company she founded.
